Okabe Valve Industries has been certified as a “Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)” under the recognition program conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
This program recognizes corporations that take a strategic approach to employee health management from a business perspective, viewing health maintenance and improvement as a key management priority.
In collaboration with our group companies, we have continuously promoted initiatives to support the physical and mental well-being of our employees. These include encouraging annual health checkups, conducting stress checks, establishing various consultation systems, and improving the workplace environment.
