Workflow to Delivery
Information Gathering & Client Visits
We regularly visit our long-term clients to gather information on upcoming projects and current needs.
Negotiation / Quoting
We support clients by providing preliminary cost estimates. Once a client secures a project, we confirm the necessary specifications and may propose cost-effective alternatives or specification changes to optimize their budget.
When creating multi-item quotes, we coordinate with various suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Order Placement
Orders can be placed not only during visits to our clients but also via phone, fax, or email. Once we receive an order from a client, we discuss the delivery schedule and location for each item and make the necessary arrangements.
Since specifications may change if delivery takes a long time, we maintain close and regular communication with the client’s representative even after the order is placed to ensure everything is in order.
Shipping Instructions
For in-stock items, orders registered in our core system automatically trigger shipping instructions to the logistics center. For non-stock items, the system manages procurement from manufacturers, generating purchase orders and slips simultaneously.
If a standard delivery won’t meet the deadline, we arrange direct shipping from the manufacturer to the client’s office or site.

If delivery is expected to take a long time, specifications may change. Therefore, even after receiving an order, we maintain close and regular communication with the client’s representative to confirm details.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to our customers’ offices and construction sites by trucks dispatched from nearby branch offices or from service areas covered by our distribution center.
At the distribution center, we operate two deliveries per day on the same route—one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Orders placed by 11:00 AM are delivered on the same afternoon, while orders placed by 4:00 PM are delivered the following morning. For routes with only one delivery per day, orders placed by 4:00 PM are delivered the next day.
Our regular delivery drivers are assigned to fixed routes, ensuring that customers are served by the same driver each time, which provides added peace of mind.
