We are striving to achieve a balanced, low-stress work-life style by actively working to increase the paid-leave utilization rate and reduce overtime hours.
In addition to managing health through regular medical checkups and various follow-up supports, we are also building an environment that allows employees to continue working through different life stages by promoting childcare leave and supporting their return to work.
■ Promoting Operational Efficienc
Through the digitalization and automation of operations, standardization of workflows, and knowledge sharing, we aim to reduce the burden of daily tasks and eliminate dependency on specific individuals.
By doing so, we ensure stable business operations and facilitate flexible working styles.
■ Improving the On-Site Working Environment
Through the utilization of DX (Digital Transformation), the development of operational rules, and equipment upgrades, we are promoting improvements in work efficiency and safety.
Additionally, we are working to curb long working hours by balancing workloads and reviewing our organizational structure.
■ Reviewing and Reforming Work Styles
As part of reviewing our work styles, we have phased in an automatic PC shutdown policy, gradually advancing the shutdown time from 20:00(2020) to 19:30(2023), and then to 19:00(As of 2026). We are currently working toward moving this time forward to 18:30.
Through these initiatives, we aim to transition to a work style that boosts productivity within limited working hours and generates results efficiently.
