Company Activities
90th Anniversary Company Trip
To celebrate our 90th anniversary, we organized a special company trip in 2025. To express our gratitude, the trip was open not only to employees but also to their families.
Participants could choose their destination from three options: Hokkaido, Osaka, or Okinawa. The trips were held between May and October 2025, allowing everyone to participate at a time that suited their schedule.
It was a wonderful opportunity for employees to refresh themselves, spend quality time with their families, and enjoy a well-deserved break.
The trips also sparked natural conversations throughout the office as employees exchanged tips beforehand and shared their experiences afterward.
Piping & Equipment Exhibition
Every year, our team attends the “Piping & Equipment Exhibition,” a major industry event showcasing the latest pipes, fittings, valves, instruments, and software used in building water systems. New hires, sales representatives, and sales assistants all participate to learn about the latest products.
This landmark event has been held over 50 times and is considered a “must-visit” for plumbing contractors, facility managers, and designers alike.

Baseball Club
Our baseball club brings together a diverse group of members, from serious baseball enthusiasts to those just looking for a fun way to stay active. It’s a welcoming team where beginners and those returning to the sport after a long break can feel comfortable.
We participate annually in the Piping Health Insurance Tournament and the Ichikawa City Inter-Factory Tournament. While we focus on having fun, we play with passion during games.
With former Koshien players on the roster, the team has a solid track record, including a three-year consecutive championship win in the past.
The club serves as a great platform for internal communication, making it easy for anyone to join and enjoy the game.
