Piping materials and housing equipment
Essential materials for our daily lives
“Piping materials” refers to pipes, fittings, and valves essential for water supply, drainage systems, and ventilation. They are indispensable resources for our daily lives, encompassing “service pipes” that draw water from main lines, “valves” that regulate water flow, “pumps” that lift water to rooftop tanks, and “drainage pipes” for wastewater. On the other hand, “housing equipment” is a general term for indoor installations such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets. At Okabe Valve, we support vital lifelines by supplying a comprehensive range of materials and equipment that manage water within the urban environment, with a particular focus on water supply and sewerage systems.

Sales of Medical Gas Copper Pipes with the Top Market Share in the Kanto Region
We handle copper pipes for medical gases that connect systems supplying medical gases from machine rooms to operating rooms and patient rooms. Manufactured specifically for medical gas piping, these copper pipes feature an exceptionally clean inner surface. Generally, manufacturers treat these as made-to-order items with a lead time of about one month; however, we are one of only two companies in the Kanto region that keep them in stock, thereby contributing to the industry.
Earthquake Disaster Reconstruction Support
Areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake suffered extensive damage, including burst water pipes and homes being swept away. Okabe Valve Industries stocks over 30,000 items across our Ichikawa and Kawasaki Distribution Centers, maintaining a robust system to provide immediate material supply and support during emergencies.

“The right things, at the right time, in the right quantity”
Just-in-Time Logistics
“Materials ordered for a job site arrive in scattered shipments.” “We can’t start work because all the materials haven’t arrived yet.” To resolve these common on-site challenges, we developed a just-in-time delivery system that quickly delivers ordered products to customers. We were among the first in the industry to fully digitize our operations, from sales and inventory management to delivery management. As soon as we receive an order from a customer, we can check product inventory and delivery vehicle status in real time, enabling accurate and prompt delivery. Our newly opened Kawasaki Distribution Center serves as a logistics hub for the Kawasaki, Yokohama, and Chiba Boso regions, allowing us to further expand our delivery services.
